Alts\u00e5 en hj\u00e6lpende relation mellem p\u00e5 den ene side et menneske, som har et ledelsesm\u00e6ssigt og autoritativt ansvar p\u00e5 et h\u00f8jt niveau i en organisation, p\u00e5 den anden side en coach, som anvender psykologiske metoder og redskaber til at hj\u00e6lpe lederen med at udvikle sig til en mere effektiv og helhedsorienteret person.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 Toftemosegaard er vi af den opfattelse, at &#8220;den veluddannede coach&#8221;, som et minimum b\u00f8r have et indg\u00e5ende kendskab til eksperimentalpsykologi, kognitiv psykologi, psykodynamisk psykologi, humanistisk psykologi, systemisk t\u00e6nkning, socialkonstruktionisme, &#8211; og er opdateret med hensyn til den nyeste forskning indenfor det psykologiske fagomr\u00e5de.
